Latest News: Windy Forecast!!!!
Right now we’re looking at a windy Saturday. Really windy!!!! So get to the beach on time and be ready to go. We’re looking to start the first race/freestyle round at 10:30 the latest if the wind is up. Easterlies are VERY reliable at Heckscher, and it’s always way windier than forecast and what is reading on the meters. If the Great South Bay meter is Gusting to 17, I’m usually on my 5.3 at Heckscher.
